Morning Smoothie


That is my favourite drink in the morning. It is so great after swimming. Usually I made it with blueberries or strawberries. Sometimes with bananas. No rules, more you use varieties, better it is.

And how I made it? In a magic bullet I mix one small yogurt, fruit and milk. No sugar, no anything else. It is delicious and refreshing.
 
Tole je moja najljubsa jutranja pijaca. Vedno si jo naredim po plavanju. Obicajno z borovnicami in jagodami. Vcasih z bananami. Ni pravila, uporabite lahko kakrsnokoli sadje.

In kako ga naredim? V mesalniku zmesam mali jogurt, sadje in mleko. Hitro in enostavno. Ne dodam nobenega sladkorja ali cesarkoli drugega.

Home made soap

Long time ago, I decided that I wan't buy anything until I would not use everything I have at home. Complicated? A little bit. No shopping for shampoo, cream, toothpaste, soap,..... until some pieces are at home. Of course, samples are coming all the time too. That help a lot.
I run out almost, but here was a Kit for making soap at home. I wan't be me if I wan't do it. Here are the results. Pictures will tell you everything. I am proud on me again. Thank you for clapping. ( A small joke, ok? )
Kar nekaj casa nazaj sem se odlocila da ne bom kupila nicesar, dokler bo se kaksen kos necesa doma. Torej nic kupovanja sanponov, mila, krem, zobne paste,...nicesar. Sicer pa tako in tako vzorcki stalno prihajajo.
Z milom sem bila ze skoraj na koncu. Sem pa imela skatlo, da naredis milo sam doma. In jaz ne bi bila jaz ce tega ne bi naredila. Posnela sem veliko fotografij, tako da si lahko ogledate cel postopek. Ponosna sem na izdelek. Hvala za ploskanje. ( Mala sala, ok?)

Bread crumbs alternative?

I run out of breadcrumbs. What to do? I need them and no time to run into store. I try alternative. I grind cereal and it works. It was good, not that good like with the breadcrumbs, but acceptable. Again I figure out something,......... I never give up.

Zmanjkalo mi je drobtin. Nisem imela casa jit v trgovino in pa nujno sem jih rabila. In kaj sem naredila? Zmlela sem cereal. Bilo je dobro, ne sicer tako kot z drobtinami, ampak ok. No ja, se enkrat sem se znasla, ni kaj, nikoli ne obupam. Vedno se najde izhod.
I fry breaded meat. No difference on the first sight.

Pohala sem zrezke, no na prvi pogled ni nobene razlike.

Thank you to everybody else who come. Thank you to allow me to share my knowledge with you, thank you for let me teach you. I am grateful for a big audience.

Vceraj je bil zame zelo uspesen in fantasticen dan. Najlepsa hvala vsem za spodbudna sporocila pred predstavitvijo in kasneje po predstavitvi. Hvala. Hvala vsem prijateljem ki ste prisli. My second best Reward program.  Air Miles.

First: Take the card, and register your account online.

Second: Start earning. In Manitoba are many possibilities. Rona, Rexall, Safeway, Sobeys, Micheals, Staples,.... How many do you earn, varies from shop to shop, but at the end is worth it.

Pay attention on special offers, double points, spend_____ and get 100 extra points,..... really many opportunities. You can collect points very fast.

Third: Redeem. Here are many possibilities. Choose what is good for you. Some people redeem them for air plan ticket or traveling. I usually redeem them for groceries and gas. It is up to you. 95 points is $10.00.
